A Captive Nation; Obama

The audacity.   The fuckin’ audacity..

Presidential Proclamation — Captive Nations Week, 2012

– – – – – – –

When President Dwight D. Eisenhower first proclaimed Captive Nations Week amidst an escalating Cold War, he affirmed that “the citizens of the United States are linked by bonds of family and principle to those who love freedom and justice on every continent.” Our world has changed dramatically since 1959, but those unbreakable bonds endure. During Captive Nations Week, America renews our abiding ties to all peoples who struggle to claim their inalienable rights.

From the Baltic Sea to the Balkan Peninsula, once-captive nations inspired the world when bold patriots stepped forward to regain their countries’ sovereignty and their citizens’ dignity. Today, we see the same courage in protesters who brave the line of fire to sound the call for reform. We see the same fierce hope in those who defy censorship and reach beyond an electronic curtain to connect with people around the world. As individuals rise to demand their universal rights, the United States stands with them in pursuit of equality, justice, and freedom.

As strongly as my Administration condemns tyranny, we embrace emerging democracies and welcome the chance to work with those who seek to restore their peoples’ liberty. With our partners in the international community, we will continue striving to advance human rights, grow prosperity, and meet mutual challenges with global solutions. And as long as there are people who live in the darkness of oppression, America will remain their steadfast friend, linked by a common dream and our common ideals.

The Congress, by joint resolution approved July 17, 1959 (73 Stat. 212), has authorized and requested the President to issue a proclamation designating the third week of July of each year as “Captive Nations Week.”

NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim July 15 through July 21, 2012, as Captive Nations Week. I call upon the people of the United States to reaffirm our deep ties to all governments and people committed to freedom, dignity, and opportunity for all.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of July, in the year of our Lord two thousand twelve, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and thirty-seventh.

Libertarians last anti-war faction in the United States.

Barack Obama, John McCain, Rick Santorum, and the Top 5 Worst Politicians in America

From an arty posted on Policymic

What makes the sitting president worse than the warmongers, bigots, totalitarians, and sociopaths which precede him on this list? It’s the fact that he has all the power to stop these things from happening, but chooses not to. In fact, his imperial presidency has actively aided such efforts.

From RT News

Around 12,000 troops from more than 19 nations are wrapping up a massive military training drill in the Middle East. But for some of those servicemen, these exercises might be just the beginning of something much bigger to come.

The United States, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan are just a sampling of the many countries — along with European allies — that have been involved in the nearly month-long Eager Lion 2012 exercise expected to end this week. Although much of the drills have been kept under wraps, it isn’t a secret that these states have spent the last month cooperating together through mock combat drills and comprehensive training. Some sources overseas report, however, that as many as 3,000 troops aligned with US forces have conducted a simulated landing and attack on Iran, preparing America and its allies for a war that becomes more likely by the day.

The IRAQ war is over, despite the presence of an embassy bigger than the Vatican and the daily bloodshed that still permeates the country, Obama has stated that troops will be coming home from Afghanistan in 2014, despite a backdoor deal that we will have a presence there until 2024.   So why all of the new training ?

Gen. Mattis has recently sought approval from US President Barack Obama to deploy a third aircraft carrier to the Middle East to increase America’s presence.

The United States currently has two massive aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf area, both the USS Abraham Lincoln and USS Enterprise, and CNN adds in their report that the Air Force has sent six of the stealth F-22 fighter jets to the neighboring United Arab Emirates.

Do you hear that ? Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.  Listen.   Yep.  War Drums.  The Empire and the Machine marches on.

John McCain calls Obama foreign policy “feckless”? Really ?!

John MCCain.  He is a funny little man.  Always reminding us how he was a POW.  Just such an angry dude.  I find it laughable that he would call Obama’s foreign policy feckless.  Obama’s and Bush’s policies are near identical and much in line with McCain’s.  I find both of these ass-hats idea of foreign policy extremely dangerous to our country.

In an interview with Fox News Sunday, US Senator John McCain (R-AZ) accused Barack Obama for embracing a feckless policy and punting tough decisions until after the November presidential election. Specifically, he accused the current administration of relying on Russia to find a peaceful solution to the Syrian conflict. Obama has opposed taking military action in Syria, a stance that has been criticized by a number of prominent Republicans. McCain has been one of the most outspoken critics of a lenient approach towards Russia. He heads the Senate Armed Services Committee and was Obama’s main opponent in the 2008 presidential election.

I don’t think Barack is handling the Iran situation well at all.  I DO believe he is carefully avoiding as many issues as possible as we near November.  What I do think, is that The Big O will indeed bring us to war with Iran and I do think McCain would just come himself if we do.   McCain is a war profiteer (as are many many people inside the Corporation.  McCain has recently demanded we go to war in Syria.

What is up with John McCain ?  This is the same piece of shit that sang “Bomb, bomb, bomb, Bomb, bomb Iran …………..” during his failed run at the Presidential Election in 2008.

Only Ron Paul would give us a humble foreign policy.   Anyone else is Danger Will Robinson.

Now that I have your attention.

Lisa Favara posted a image on The Face this morning that got me into quick surf mode.  Googling Operation Northwood:

This is an incident that was considered within Operation Northwoods.   Do you trust your government ? Read on Serfs.

Per Wiki

Operation Northwoods was a series of false-flag proposals that originated in 1962 within the United States government, and which the Kennedy administration rejected. [2] The proposals called for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), or other operatives, to commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities and elsewhere. These acts of terrorism were to be blamed on Cuba in order to create public support for a war against that nation, which had recently become communist under Fidel Castro.[3] One part of Operation Northwoods was to “develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington.”

Operation Northwoods proposals included hijackings and bombings followed by the introduction of phony evidence that would implicate the Cuban government. It stated:

“The desired resultant from the execution of this plan would be to place the United States in the apparent position of suffering defensible grievances from a rash and irresponsible government of Cuba and to develop an international image of a Cuban threat to peace in the Western Hemisphere.”

Several other proposals were included within Operation Northwoods, including real or simulated actions against various U.S. military and civilian targets.

Do you trust your government ?  Is it feasible False Flag attacks have already happened on U.S. Soil ?  I am not a Truther, but with all of the questions sorrounding 9/11 as well as the Timothy McVeigh OKC Bombing and The Gulf of Tonkin and Bay of Pigs, wait, did you know too many people do not know the Gulf of Tonkin was faked ?  It was used to gather the American Public’s support for going to war with Vietnam.  Yes, it was all fake and of course the Bay of Pigs was pure CIA operated to overthrow Castro.   Makes one wonder why Cuba wanted missiles on the island.

Was it to attack us ? Or was it to defend itself in the event of an American attack ?  One must look at these questions from other perspectives to fully understand them.

The False Flag is nothing new.  Hitler himself had the Reichstag burned to the ground.

Here is a list of some of the more famous False Flags from David Westerfield:

The most interesting and quite startling false flag attack plan by the US that was thankfully never implemented was Operation Northwoods. When you read theinformation from that plan (PDF), you won’t believe your eyes.

In the 1931 Mukden incidentJapanese officers fabricated a pretext for annexing Manchuria by blowing up a section of railway. Six years later they falsely claimed the kidnapping of one of their soldiers in theMarco Polo Bridge Incident as an excuse to invade China proper.

In the Gleiwitz incident in August 1939, Reinhard Heydrich made use of fabricated evidence of a Polish attack against Germany to mobilize German public opinion and to fabricate a false justification for a war with Poland. This, along with other false flag operations in Operation Himmler, would be used to mobilize support from the German population for the start of World War II in Europe.

On November 26, 1939 the Soviet Union shelled the Russian village ofMainila near the Finnish border. The Soviet Union attacked Finland four days after the Shelling of Mainila. Russia has agreed that the attack was initiated by the Soviets.[4] Also, the nearest Finnish artillery pieces were well out of range of Mainila.[5]

In 1953, the U.S. and British-orchestrated Operation Ajax used “false-flag” and propaganda operations against the formerly democratically elected leader of IranMohammed Mosaddeq. Information regarding the CIA-sponsored coup d’etat has been largely declassified and is available in the CIA archives.[6]

In 1954, Israel sponsored bombings against US and UK interests inCairo aiming to cause trouble between Egypt and the West.[7] This operation, later dubbed the Lavon Affair, cost Israeli defense ministerPinhas Lavon his job. The state of Israel (where it is known as “The Unfortunate Affair”) finally admitted responsibility in 2005.[8]

The planned, but never executed, 1962 Operation Northwoods plot by the U.S. Department of Defense for a war with Cuba involved scenarios such as hijacking a passenger plane, sinking a U.S. ship, burning crops and blaming such actions on Cuba. It was authored by the Joint Chiefs of Staffnixed by John F. Kennedy, came to light through the Freedom of Information Act and was publicized byJames Bamford.

Former GRU officer Aleksey Galkin,[9] former FSB officer Alexander Litvinenko[10] and other whistleblowers from the Russian government and security services have asserted that the 1999 Russian apartment bombings that precipitated the Second Chechen War were false flag operations perpetrated by the FSB, the successor organization to theKGB. Galkin has since recanted his accusations, which were made while he was a prisoner of Chechen rebels. However, there are other theoriesthat the FSB engineered this incident.

With all of the SOF training going on, it does make connecting the dots fun.

Happy Friday Suckas.

Imagine you and I have a meeting coming up to discuss some issues we believe you may or may not be doing.   It is a meeting for peace and stability and understanding.   Before the meeting begins, I tell you “By the way, I froze your bank accounts and exports.  I know your people are going to suffer, but we need to talk about what I am not 100% sure of, is going down.  See you Friday, suckas!”

The U.S. Senate unanimously voted to tighten sanctions on Iran on Monday, three days after a dispute over whether to include the threat of American force stalled the legislation.  The new sanctions would target Iran’s oil and banking industries, as well as other sectors. The measure passed the Senate on a voice vote Monday evening, two days before a new round of talks between Iran and leading U.N. members in Baghdad.

Final thoughts on a Monday evening.  Sanctions are more or less, an act of war.  What would we (you) do if these sanctions were put on you ?

Passage came after senators agreed to add language warning that military force would be an option available to the United States if Iran seeks to build a nuclear weapon. But the measure also states that nothing in the legislation authorizes military action.

The case for war against Iran is being made as we speak.  as we cripple Iran’s economy with sanctions, we fail miserably at diplomacy.  Iran, and our own intelligence has stated:  analysts continue to believe that there is no hard evidence that Iran has decided to build a nuclear bomb.  As we rejoice in news that The Big O is getting some of our troops out in 2014, we make the case everyday to go to war with Iran.

Unplug, educate yourself and prepare.
