Obama’s Loyalty Day, Hitler’s Loyalty Oath’s and NDAA.

Barack Obama declared May 1st Loyalty Day.  Sound familiar ?  I almost fell off of my chair and spilled my wine when reading the following from the Proclamation.

“On Loyalty Day, we rededicate ourselves to the common good, to the cornerstones of liberty, equality, and justice, and to the unending pursuit of a more perfect Union.

In order to recognize the American spirit of loyalty and the sacrifices that so many have made for our Nation, the Congress, by Public Law 85-529 as amended, has designated May 1 of each year as “Loyalty Day.” On this day, let us reaffirm our allegiance to the United States of America, our Constitution, and our founding values.”

Obama had the audacity to declare this day at the exact time that the Occupy Movement is starting their May Day Protests.   A huge slap in the face to the 99%.

And meanwhile, Barack gave a speech, supporting and validating NDAA (The indefinite detention of American Citizens without a trial or due process … Google it, Google is your friend, for now anyway’s)

Yes, this may be a bit overboard, but it reminds me of Hitler’s Loyalty Oath’s. (I dont know, seems like a lot of hurrah propaganda going on sprinkled with the disregard for civil liberty and the United States Constitution.)

The next day, August 20, mandatory loyalty oaths were introduced throughout the Reich…

Oath of loyalty for Public Officials:
“I swear: I shall be loyal and obedient to Adolf Hitler, the Führer of the German Reich and people, respect the laws, and fulfill my official duties conscientiously, so help me God.”
